NEXT-GENERATION BALLISTIC PROTECTION ENABLED BY ADVANCED WEAVING TECHNOLOGY
We develop next-generation ballistic protection for the modern battlefield. Present and future military conflicts are driving demand for a new generation of ballistic protection. Our proprietary weaving technology enables the production of advanced multilayer ballistic 3D textiles.
The problems with current bulletproof vests:
| Excessive weight | |
| Movements restriction | |
| Small protection area | |
| Cannot be repaired |
Our solution,
consists of specially shaped tiles from extremely light composite material, attached to a flexible fabric layer. These tiles interlock with no gaps, even when the armor is bent

and threaded fasteners on each segment allows for multiple connection and disconnection to\from basic flexible layer:
Yes, it’s that simple. But such simple invention leads to groundbreaking
UNIQUE ADVANTAGES:
Hard tiles (segments) from proprietary ultra-light composite material can effectively stop the bullet, but the protection remains comfortable to wear due to flexibility of basic fabric layer.
Due to threaded fasteners on each segment, our armor is repairable (damaged tiles could be replaced) and modular (user can choose protection level of each individual tile).
Vests could be female-fit due to flexibility and anatomical shape.
BUSINESS MODEL
Our initial revenue comes from ballistic protection systems supplied to military, law-enforcement and security customers.
In parallel, our proprietary weaving technology enables the development and commercialization of advanced composite materials.
Long-term, we plan to expand through technology licensing and partnerships for industrial-scale manufacturing.
PRIMARY MARKET (BULLETPROOF VESTS)
TAM 2026 is ~1.82B USD and is forecast to rise to ~2.15B by 2031.
Market is not consolidated.
The US and EU lead in market share, but Asia-Pacific is the fastest-growing region.
ROADMAP
- R&D stage. We are still here, but:
- Core technologies were developed.
- The concept was validated through shooting tests.
- Potential customers (soldiers) were interviewed.
- Two patent applications submitted.
- Third patent application in preparation.
- Securing seed funding.
- Small-scale battlefield testing in Ukraine.
- Certification of protection systems and materials.
- Small-scale manufacturing and sales.
- Manufacturing partnerships through technology licensing.
- Mass-production and large-volume sales.
- Development of a "Future Soldier" smart armor system based on a flexible active exoskeleton.
